Blog Post 19

Recently Laurie Pulido, CEO and Founder of Ease Learning and J.T. Allen, CEO and Founder of MyFootpath co-presented a webinar on how to address the barriers to student success.

There is a growing population of Adult Learners looking to either complete their degree, reskill or upskill to be better prepared for today’s job market.  Institutions who want to support these students have a great opportunity to impact their enrollment and retention numbers by creating workforce-aligned program for these learners.

During the webinar, Laurie and J.T. shared what institutions can do to attract and retain Adult Learners and how DEI plays an important part in helping to increase both enrollment and retention when it comes to these learners.

If you weren’t able to attend, you can still access the information shared by watching the recording of the session.
