The online framework ensures engaging, targeted learning experiences specific to your learner personas in the design of your program. It encompasses the following elements:

Pedagogical approach

Consistent learning paths

Enhanced learner engagement

Scalable and reusable models

A common vision

Efficiency and effectiveness

AI-POWERED DEI ASSESSMENTS

AUTHENTICATED SKILLS LEARNING UNITS (ASLU)

An Authenticated Skills™ Learning Unit (ALSU) is a microlearning unit focused on mastery of in-demand skills targeted to specific career pathways.

ASLUs are designed in collaboration with an employer and driven by employer requirements. They can be licensed for reuse.

Following a pre-assessment, learners are led to practice areas—or, if they’re ready, a final demonstration of skills.

Once performance on a skills-aligned assessment meets criteria, learners achieve skill competence.

Interactive Learning Objects (ILOs)

To ensure that key learning outcomes are met, Ease Learning boosts learning engagement and retention of concepts with the use of interactive learning objects.

Custom media can be added to new or existing programs and a variety of approaches are possible to enhance key outcomes. Some examples include:

Tutorials

Case studies

Knowledge checks

Interactive graphs and scenarios

Media provides an interactive learning experience using audio, video, text, and animations to guide learners through a variety of interactive elements.
