Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) and Ease Learning Contract News and Webinar


Through a piggyback solicitation with the North Dakota University System, a MHEC addendum (MHEC-01292021) for Ease Learning, offers instructional design and training services to the entire MHEC region. The region includes IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, and WI. All higher education institutions, both public and private not-for-profit in this region are eligible to utilize these important professional services.
