As a lifelong educator, Laurie started Ease Learning to create equitable and inclusive online learning opportunities. She understood that in today's market there is an enormous opportunity to provide learners with skills training and educational content for the jobs of the future while giving educational institutions and employers the insights they need to remedy skills gaps.

Gina Limperis
Chief Academic Officer
Gina is an experienced educator and learning designer and a dynamic leader. Prior to joining Ease, Gina served as an inner-city K-12 educator. She is deeply invested in student outcomes and effective pedagogy. Gina has built the academic products of Ease Learning for the past decade and continues to innovate to advance Ease's vision and meet the needs of the market.

Deanna Crabb
Director of HR and Operations
Deanna serves as head of HR and oversees all operations at Ease. She is a master multi-tasker who ensures that all people, systems, and connectivity are in place for our fully remote team.

Sales Manager
A dynamic and strategic leader, Seth has led and supported business development and sales efforts for numerous education and technology companies including Eduventures, Chegg, Hotcourses, and more.

Gil Rogers
Marketing
As a career higher education marketing professional, Gil has developed effective go-to market and branding strategies for numerous dynamic companies at every stage of growth. Prior to joining Ease, Gil served as head of marketing for EdSights, executive vice president for PlatformQ Education, and director of enrollment marketing for Chegg.

Product Architect
Chris is a proven software and technology leader with decades of experience as an innovator in defining strategic technology and product direction. In addition to his role at Ease, Chris has served as senior vice president of technology and product development at companies including Blackboard and Cengage.

Amber Johnston
Customer Success
Amber oversees customer support for Ease Learning—a role that transcends product and services. Through our Help Desk, Amber supports customers of many different types, ensuring that end learners are successful on their programs and in the use of our Skillways platform.
